Open Question: how do celebrities renew their passports/identity cards?

I can't imagine someone as famous as Angelina jolie standing in a queue at the consulate waiting for her turn...don't get me wrong I'm not a fan of celebrity culture and I don't see them as special people who need special treatment but if they actually go to the consulate to renew their passports how come we don't see pictures of anyone doing it? cheers...
